 All sales are FINAL. NO Refunds/NO Exchanges/NO Exceptions. 


Consignment Contract

All items brought in for consignment should be up to date/current fashion. No more than 2 years old. All items should be freshly laundered, turned right side out and free of stains & odors. We are normally booked up 16-24 weeks in advance (sometimes longer). Keep that in mind when scheduling your seasonal appt. Please visit www.tinasconsign.as.me to schedule an appointment.

  • We have a 15 min late policy. If you are late for your appt, you will need to reschedule. No Shows will NOT be rescheduled.
  • Prices for consigned items will be determined by Tina's Treasures.
  • You will be paid 40% of the selling price of the iems sold.
  • Payments may be picked up once each month, in store only. We do not check accounts over the phone. Your payments can be given in cash or store credit.
  • Consigned items will be kept for 2 months. Markdowns will begin after 1 month (or sooner depending on seasonal markdowns). All unclaimed items after 2 months consignment period has expired, will be donated. You will have one week to pick up items after the expiration date. All unclaimed money will revert back to Tina's Treasures 12 months from orginal consignment date.
  • Clothing must be seasonal: Spring Feb 1-March 30, Summer April 1-July 31, Fall Aug 1-Sept 30, Winter Oct 1-December 31. 
  • Tina's Treasures will not be responsible for losses due to theft, fire, flood or damage of any kind to any consigned items.


What We Will Accept

We are currently accepting ladies, juniors, maternity and childrens clothing. We accept household and decor items. Please ask before bringing in large items. We accept childrens toys, all parts/pieces must be included, sealed in a clear bag. If you bring items on hangers, you must take hangers back with you. Items will NOT be returned on hangers at the end of consignment term.


in-store pick up only. All online orders must be picked up within 7 days, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Unclaimed items will be returned to stock. No refunds will be given.
